1. The animated figure in the left side gives a virtual experience of measuring selective heights. These are normally measured by anthropometric board and anthropometric rod set also, as presented in the procedure section. This hands on trial provides a feel of measuring the dimentions.

2. Click the up/down arrow button to move the horizontal branch of the anthropometric rod up/down to reach the anthropometric landmarks on the figure. When it attains the specific landmark, the name of the dimention appears on the figure itself and the values in different percentiles appear below the figure.

3. Users are expected to get the feel of the measuring process through this animated experiment and are advised to measure in real life practical situations using anthropometric rod sets and anthropometric boards. Moreover, the users may select their own specific landmarks as required.
